About Me
Kim Rossi moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1998 from the east coast. She has lived on beautiful Whidbey island since 2004 and has never looked back! She earned a bachelor's degree in communications in 1991 from East Stroudsburg University. She also comes from a background of 25 plus years in sales and brings strong communication and negotiation skills to the front lines when working with her real estate clients.
Kim's mission is to be the trusted bridge builder for each Buyer and Seller so that they may reach their real estate goals. When you work with her, she combines negotiation skills and market knowledge with her connections to local resources to help you achieve your individual goals.
Whether you are buying or selling a home or vacant land, her goal is to be the key facilitator by working cooperatively with lenders, other real estate brokers, a variety of local contractors and inspectors and title and escrow to help you achieve your real estate goals with more confidence and less stress.
She is a current member of the Whidbey Island Association of Realtors®/National Association of Realtors® and has served on the Board of Directors from 2018-2022 as well as serving as Secretary on the Executive Board in 2022.
Kim currently lives in Freeland, WA with her college student/daughter, dog & cat. She spends her free time reading, traveling, gardening and photographing this beautiful island.
Let Kim be the KEY to building the bridge to your Real Estate goals!
