About Me
Kim has dedicated well over a decade to guiding clients through the sale and purchase of homes and land. In addition, she has served her industry by being the Atascadero Board of Realtor President, State Director and has been chosen by her constituents as Realtor of the Year. Kim has served on the Chamber of Commerce Board, Chair of Women in Business and various other committees.
Kim has extensive market knowledge and unmatched devotion to her clients. Her success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. She has unmatched communication skills and works timelessly on her clients behalf.
Having lived in San Luis Obispo County since 1977, Kim has extensive knowledge and a true, deep love of the communities she serves.
In her free time she enjoys hiking the beautiful central coast, kayaking, riding her Clydesdale horses and, of course, enjoying the finer aspects and culture of our wine region!
