I am a full time agent and part of a successful real estate team. For me, real estate is about 'helping people, not selling people'. The purchase of real estate, whether home, land, investment property, or commercial is a long, complex 'project' with many phases, challenges, and potential pitfalls. I love being a helper and guide throughout the process; I retired from a successful career as a database administrator and database designer at Delta Air Lines, and have a great deal of 'project oriented' experience. I'm also well-versed on the investment side of real estate, being a successful landlord and investor for many years.
