About Me
Kelly Atteridg has been a licensed sales partner working with the top ranked Patrick Dolan Team since 2007 and has been a licensed broker in Colorado since 1993. She began her real estate career working in on-site sales as a community manager for several builders and developers selling new homes in large master planned communities, including over 6 years selling homes in the Boulder County neighborhood of Rock Creek in Superior, Colorado.
Kelly has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes, specializing Boulder and Broomfield Counties and has developed a reputation as an agent who can and will represent our client’s needs with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Kelly grew up in Boulder and is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has lived in Superior since 1999 and has two grown children, Jack and Andie Sue. In her free time, Kelly enjoys running, skiing, hiking and summers boating at the Boulder Reservoir with her family and friends. She feels privileged to live in such a beautiful place and call Boulder home
