About Me
Katie has been licensed since 2004. She is specializes in helping buyers and sellers along the 285 Corridor from Morrison to Kenosha Pass. Katie loves to learn and improve her real estate skills to better serve her clients. She is a Certified Mountain Area Specialist and also hold GRI and ePro Certifications.
Katie and her husband, Steve, have two busy boys: Braylon and Blake. They live in beautiful Bailey, Colorado in the community where they grew up. They also raise livestock including pigs, cattle, ducks and chickens. Katie volunteers with the local schools, 4-H, as well as Platte Canyon Little League.
