She has become an expert in many areas of the real estate world, specializing in residential sales in both the suburbs of Nashville and a Downtown Condo expert. Katie is a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert. Katie has also eclipsed $95 million in sales!
Katie is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, former collegiate athlete, Alpha Delta Pi Alumna, and is a proud native of Nashville. She and her husband reside in Mt. Juliet with their 2 sons and 2 dogs.
