Kathy has made a life out of cultivating her relationships. I have taken great pride in being in the real estate industry coming from a family back ground of general construction, both commercial and residential locally. I enjoy seeing all the different ways people convert a house to a home and turn it into their personality. Owning a home is as American as we can be. I have had the opportunity to work on site with many local and National builders during my career sense 1989.
My specialty is a 55 plus Active adult community called Jubilee.
Located in Lacey WA and surrounded by two championship golf courses called the Links and the Woodlands. I have owned two homes there and had been a resident for over 11 years.
I represented the original developer Jenamar communities selling Pre-sales for almost 4 years. I have sense been instrumental in numerous listings and sales in Jubilee for the past 17 years. I snow bird to Calif. and research as many 55 plus communities in both CA and Ariz. I do this because so many of my clients want to know about those communities.
I work with a professional team of Realtors in my business called The Concierge Group. Working by Referral as a Consultant so we can cover all aspects of listing homes, representing buyers, getting the homes staged, professionally photographed and using professional marketing materials along with all the social media tools and web sites in our industry.
We can help you prepare for marketing and selling your home at any time in the process. It is a process and we have the tools to help you. We offer professional vendors that we vet in advance and know who the right ones are. Movers, packers, storage facilities. landscapers, home cleaners and handy men. Licensed and bonded contractors who work by referral through out or industry.
