March 31, 2006, is when I started serving in Real Estate. For the past 17+ years, I have served Alabama clients in Residential and Luxury Homes, Condos, Beach Condos, Land, and even some Commercial. I am also a referral agent for clients who need to sell their properties in other states so that they can move to or from Alabama! In 2008-2010, being awarded proficient in Short Sales and Foreclosures was important to me because that is what the market dictated: I wanted to be the Safe Bridge for clients during the turbulent waters of that market. Nowadays, being awarded certified in Luxury gives me the finesse, the best tools, and the knowledge that I apply & serve across all real estate transactions. I LOVE meeting people from all over. No matter they need me to negotiate a vacant Lot of Land for 6K and make my clients the happiest to save that extra thousand or to negotiate a 6 million vacant industrial Lot and save my client millions (which I've done), the Price of the property doesn't change my service ever.
