About Me
Hello everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Kat Fandel and I am proud to call South Carolina my home. I have lived on the Grand Strand for over 30 years, and I can honestly say that it has been a dream come true.
My husband and I love to take advantage of all that living on the Grand Strand/Hammock Coast has to offer. We enjoy kayaking, exploring state parks, lazy days on the waterway, and spending time at the beach with our two golden retrievers Maddy and Sophie. . Life is not all about work, and this area is the perfect place to call home.
A little bit about me...I was born in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, and raised in San Jose, California, where I attended grade school through college. I have always been an adventurer, and my journey eventually brought me to Murrells Inlet, which I now call home.
As a REALTOR®️, I am dedicated to my clients and their needs. I take pride in helping my clients achieve their dreams of homeownership and turning their hopes into realities. My real estate career has been an amazing journey, and I am committed to excellence in all that I do.
