About Me
Karyn was born and raised in the beautiful Hudson Valley region of New York and lived there until 1999 when she met her husband, Brandon, and moved to Connecticut. Karyn and her husband have raised their two amazing children here. She and her husband have owned a successful lawn care business in Naugatuck for the last 20 years. In 2019 after being a stay-at-home Mom, Karyn obtained her CT real estate license. Owning a lawn care business has helped Karyn gain important skills that allow her to provide the best possible service to her clients in real estate. Her expertise and knowledge of Naugatuck and the surrounding towns is a huge benefit to her clients when searching for a future home. Karyn also holds her NY state real estate license and specializes in the Dutchess County area. She prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude. Her first priority is making sure she builds trusting relationships with her clients. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying or selling their home.
