About Me
Karrina has been in the real estate industry in Northern Virginia and DC for her entire adult career. Richard joined her in the business in 2016. We love sharing our real estate knowledge and enthusiasm with our clients so that they can make their best decisions.
Karrina studied urban studies and engineering in college to prepare for work in this area. She entered the real estate profession in 1980 and became a real estate broker in 1989. She has worked in many areas of real estate including general brokerage, new home sales, commercial and investment properties and land sales. She has helped clients with all budgets to buy, sell and invest in local homes, investment properties and land. Karrina has gathered many certificates, designations and sales volume awards. She has also served the local, state and national real estate associations. Karrina raised her family while working in the business. She is a cancer survivor. Karrina owned her own company for 10 years.
Richard has been a long-time stock investor. He also worked for many years in sales and service. Richard loves meeting people and sharing his market observations with clients.
