About Me
Karin Mindak is a Minnesota native growing up in Prior Lake and currently residing in the Lake Minnetonka area. She graduated from Saint Olaf College with a Psychology and Biology Double Major while competing on the tennis team. Karin received her Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. As a daughter of a real estate attorney, Karin has a strong foundation in ethics to serve her clients. Besides a passion to sell homes, her education and experience in Psychology is a key component of maximizing communication with clients. Karin's contact with clients and other agents is a vital part of what makes her a cut above the rest. Other important high priority responsibilities she views in this career are staying on top of all market activity while reporting to clients and keeping them informed of the market, showing homes, executing contracts and creating and implementing marking initiatives. Karin is a calming influent to the home buying and selling process.
