A proud resident of Brevard County since 1993, she bring a wealth of local knowledge and insight to the table. Outside of the world of real estate, you'll often find Karin enjoying the beautiful outdoors, whether it's sailing with her husband, hitting the tennis courts, taking leisurely walks with her beloved golden retriever rescue, Cruiser or spending time with her kids and grandkids.
In addition to serving her clients, she is actively involved in various community and professional organizations. Since 2022, She has been a member of both the Government Affairs Committee and the Professional Standards Committee with the Space Coast Board of Realtors, where she works to ensure ethical standards and advocate for positive changes within our industry. She is also a proud RPAC Sterling member from 2022 to present, demonstrating her commitment to supporting real estate policies that benefit both homeowners and the community.
As a member of the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Military Affairs Council, Karin is am deeply rooted in the fabric of our local community. Additionally, she is honored to be a member of the Philip Perry DAR chapter since 2014, where she contribute to preserving our nation's history and heritage.
Giving back is important to her, which is why she is also involved as a mentor with Take Stock for Children since 2022. Karin believes in investing in the future generation and helping them achieve their full potential.
