About Me
My name is Karen Koons and I have lived in the great state of Colorado for 17 years. I have a vast business background and have always believed whatever business you are in, it's always about the people! Growing up in Kansas, I would create and build tree houses in our woodlands, and it all came down to location and layout. My connection to both people and the world of real estate is something that has always been a fundamental part of who I am.
My approach to real estate is centered around building strong relationships with customers. I believe in honesty, integrity, and transparency, and I'm committed to understanding my customers' needs and preferences in order to provide personalized solutions tailored to their unique journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and fur babies, traveling in uncharted territories, hiking, fly fishing, skiing and the great outdoors. Whether it's designing the interior of a home or creating an inviting outdoor space, I thrive on the opportunity to tap into my creative side and bring my vision to life. One of my core values is to give back to those around me, which is why volunteering with local charities and non-profits is incredibly important to me.
