I moved from MA to Daytona in 2004. While in Massachusetts, I owned New England’s largest mediation & arbitration company, settling lawsuits out of court. The negotiation experience received in 3rd party dispute resolution led to an easy transition into Real Estate. I strive to make each client a customer for life. To accomplish this, I calmly & competently help the buying & selling process, effectively communicating along the way.
Here in Daytona Beach, I am a full-time, full service Realtor & I am very active with the American Cancer Society serving in the past on the Board of Directors & as Chair from 2009-2010. I am also a 2-year Past-Chair of the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk helping to raise awareness of the fight & over $600,000 & have also served the ACS in several statewide capacities. A past volunteer with the City & County. I currently serve the Guild of Daytona Beach Museum of Arts & Sciences; & am on the Boards of the Daytona Playhouse, Women United of Volusia & Volusia County Women Who Care.
A member of Nat'l Assoc. of Realtors, FL Assoc. of Realtors, Daytona Beach Association of Realtors & their Honor Society, the Flagler Assoc. of Realtors, the Women's Council of Realtors, the National Assoc. of Home Builders, I am a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, a Certified New Home Specialist, a Seller Representative Specialist, Residential Construction Certified, E-PRO Certified & certified to be At Home With Diversity. I was voted Best Realtor of 2012 & 2013 & 2014 & 2015 & 2016 & 2017 & 2018 & 2019 & 2020 & 2021 & 2022 & 2023 by the readers of the Daytona Beach News Journal AND/OR the Daytona Beach Hometown News! I am consistently in the top 5-10% of all local realtors & a member of the RE/MAX Executive Club, 100% Club & Platinum Club based on annual sales volume. And, I was named REALTOR OF THE YEAR by the Daytona Beach Women's Council of Realtors in 2017 & 2022 and became a member of RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2019!
