Kadie Gertz has been a REALTOR® since 2002. She understands that buying and selling a home is likely the single most important decision in the lives of most of her clients. As a result, Kadie works tirelessly to give her clients the best representation possible at all times. She prides herself on being very easy to work with while always looking out for the best interests of her clients. Kadie has extensive experience in new construction/new home sales as a Sales Agent for Quality Built Homes. However, she also is experienced in the resale market representing both Buyers and Sellers. As a lifelong Southern Maryland resident, Kadie has extensive knowledge of the area and understands the appeal of our area for home buyers. Kadie believes that the history of the area and the natural beauty of our waterways combine to create communities that are great to raise kids and enjoy life.
