Celebrity and High Profile Real Estate Broker Dr. Julio Midolo immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 4 from his home country of Lima, Peru. Raised by a single mother, he learned the value of hard work, commitment, and dedication. All values that were instilled upon him while he was a young boy.
In 2003 he entered a career in Real Estate and fell in love with his business. In 2008 he experienced the mortgage melt down, the great recession. Like Many Americans, Dr. Midolo lost everything. He realized that there was a lack of support, and resources for homeowners that were facing foreclosure.
Through his education, passion, and ambition, he was able to rebuild his business, and came back stronger than ever. He now helps advocate for homeowners in distress. His life experience taught him tremendous value where he now educates and guides many homeowners who lack the ability to have a resource on how to save the biggest investment of their lives.
Dr. Midolo has a tremendous passion for music, and he is the go to real estate guy for many of Southern Californias elites. Being part of the RE/MAX Collection allows him to both be locally connected, as well as globally.
He is the sole owner and Broker for RE/MAX SKY, located in the greater Los Angeles area. He is an active member of CAR, NAR, SAOR and the DAOR He serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, MSELA Chapter as the past President. With his passion for Law, he works with a team of affiliate attorneys who service his clients in Probate, Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, and Family Law.
