Julie has served on the Livingston County Board of Realtors (LCBR) for multiple years including most recently as President in 2020 before they merged with Mid Illinois Realtors Association.
A real estate license isn’t the only license Julie has held. She has had years of experience as a local cosmetologist. Previously, Julie enjoyed her time connecting with many local residents as she did beautiful hair and nails while managing a successful cosmetology business of her own. She also connected with many clients and families while working as a dental assistant. Julie has always loved being involved in the community and currently serves as a board member on the District #90 Education Foundation.
As a lifelong resident of Livingston County, Julie grew up in the Pontiac and Cornell/Flanagan area. Julie and her husband Kevin (Bemo) reside in Pontiac, IL and enjoy spending time with their children Craig, Kevin and Bailey. She also enjoys spending time with friends and being active with community events. Recently becoming empty nesters, Julie and her husband have developed a passion for traveling. During Julie’s free time she enjoys interior design and helping with events to benefit the community.
