About Me
Julian began his commercial real estate career in 2017 at Triqor Group of Newport Beach where he became an expert at research and underwriting of exclusively multifamily assets with an emphasis in the San Fernando Valley. He later joined Marcus & Millichap’s Long Beach office in 2018 as an associate with the King Team Real Estate Group where he sharpened his skills as a practicing agent, focusing on the 605 & 710 freeway corridors.
As of September 2020, Julian is now with the commercial division of the prestigious RE/MAX Time Realty team of Rancho Cucamonga.
His responsibilities include providing up-to-date market data, accurate pricing analyses, as well as investment advisory solutions for his clients. Julian’s finance experience has also created a strong foundation in the advising of commercial real estate investments.
Through the constant contact with over 5,000 principal owners, coupled with a tireless work ethic, Julian has refined market knowledge that has aided in underwriting, marketing, as well as negotiating.
