My understanding of the ins and outs of buying and selling comes from my background in the banking industry and 15 years as a Realtor serving Minnesota and Wisconsin. I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. Making a decision to work independently and with a smaller client base allows me to provide the best care, from our first meeting to the closing table. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on your behalf . While serving all our your real estate needs, I especially enjoy working with relocation clients, transitional sellers; downsizing or upsizing, and also with first time buyers. I manage the time challenges of being an independent Realtor with scheduling; I schedule my work time of course, but also my family time, workout time, and just plain down time! I also enjoy spending time at the little family cabin in the woods; taking time to golf, read, hike, cook and just relax by the fire.
