I’m Juli Dalton. As a Texas A&M grad, class of ‘81, I’m proud to call Houston home, where I have raised 4 children, taught classes for 10 years to homeschoolers, and welcomed 8 grandchildren.
Becoming a real estate agent developed naturally from my passion for education and my heart to help others achieve big goals and overcome obstacles. From the first, I chose to work with the top brand in the industry - RE/MAX. With the power of this trusted brand and my local RE/MAX Universal brokerage at my side, I have the resources to help my clients realize their real estate goals.
My teaching background is a great benefit, as I love educating my clients through their real estate decisions and transactions, serving their unique needs. Many steps and legal documents are involved in any real estate transaction, which can be overwhelming—especially to first-time homebuyers. My focus is to keep my clients informed and to make their real estate journey as stress-free as possible. Details matter, and I make those details count, both in contracts and in negotiations. Plus, I know my market very well. I am committed to trust, integrity, and service.
Having a strong military influence in my family also means, as a family and as individuals, we never give up! And I won’t give up on finding my clients the home that best fits their needs. I once spent over 18 months working with clients who needed a multigenerational home. Imagine trying to find a compromise with three generations of decision-makers, each with their own specific opinions and needs. But we did it, along with a pool as the unexpected bonus!
