About Me
Joy joins RE/MAX One as an experienced professional working in permitting for county governments, including Charles County and Arlington County, Virginia. Her government work has provided her with the opportunity to learn how to read plats, deeds, titles, surveys, and more – all of which add to her knowledge in the real estate industry!
As a seventh generation Charles County resident, Joy has a special connection to the people and the communities of Southern Maryland! Her friendly and easygoing personality puts clients at ease and her vast knowledge of the area, coupled with her experience in building, permitting, and zoning, allows her clients to feel confident in the agent they are working with!
Joy is an avid volunteer for multiple organizations in Charles County including being a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children. She works out of our La Plata office in Charles County, MD.
