Joy Lowe is a Rhode Island and Connecticut licensed REALTOR® and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), known for her dedication, organization, communication skills, work ethic and passion for helping clients find their perfect home. She has approximately 20 years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in residential property management and multifamily properties. For the past 11 years, Joy has served as a Property Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of large apartment communities for owners and investors. She has extensive expertise in rental properties, leasing, marketing, property maintenance, repairs, capital improvements and renovations.
Joy is committed to ongoing education to stay on top of the latest market trends, regulations, and technologies impacting real estate. She is an active member of the Rhode Island and National Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® and the international Institute of Real Estate Management. She currently holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) and Certified Property Manager Candidate (CPMC®) designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, which is where her career in real estate began.
