About Me
Joshua grew up in Rochester, Indiana. He earned his Bachelor degree in California. Married Amy from his home church in Warsaw, Indiana and proceeded to raise 4 children in Maine for 9 years before resettling back in Warsaw, Indiana to provide his children with some childhood years near their grandparents and extended family.
Joshua worked for a Realtor and Property Manager for a short period of time in college. So when a Realtor friend in Maine approached him about starting up a Property Management business together, Joshua took the opportunity to enter real estate. It didn’t take long before he was licensed himself and off helping serve residential and investor clientele. He enjoys the fast past work and fighting to get his clients the very best deal in their efforts to either buy or sell a property. He finds it a pleasure to work in an industry that values the Golden Rule of treating others the way you would like to be treated.
