About Me
Growing up in a farming community in central Missouri it was expected to work hard and do what is asked of you. With that engrained to my lifestyle the next step was learning how to address issues that might arise in everyday transactions. Working on a farm my grandparents owned when I was a boy then on to construction jobs in residential housing as I got older allowed for me to see how exactly the process goes putting a house together.
As a high school graduate, I moved to St. Joseph, MO to attend Missouri Western State University receiving my Bachelors Degree in just 3 1/2 years. Taking heavier class loads and working two jobs during this time made everything go by quickly but not without learning how to handle a heavy schedule.
Going straight into a marketing/sales role for a beverage distributorship right before my graduation, allowed me to work on customer relationships and problem solving for the account load given to me.
This brings me into my real estate career starting in the Summer of 2006 when I was taught how to abstract the title history of a property. Given a list of properties to work through gave me great experience on how ownership takes place from deed to deed. Leading into me getting my real estate sales license in 2009 and more recently my brokers license in 2017.
The best part of working in real estate is getting to know each person as we deal to find the best outcome for their goals. Whether that be new construction and building a forever home or finding that first place to make their own with updates along the way. I will help with every step, every question and every thought you might have when it comes to changing your current real estate position.
