As a native of Miami, Joshua Moreno has a deep understanding of the local real estate market and is able to provide valuable insights and expertise to his clients. Additionally, he is fluent in both English and Spanish which allows him to serve a diverse clientele.
In his personal life, Joshua is an active and engaged member of his community. He is a dedicated mentor with Big Brother Big Sister, a non-profit organization that facilitates one-to-one mentorship with children; mostly children from low income, single-parent households, and “at-risk” backgrounds. Josh enjoys spending time with his family and beloved rescue dog, Hachi, and can often be found swimming, playing chess, and appreciating the arts.
Beyond his professional and personal pursuits, Joshua Moreno is a highly accomplished athlete as well. He is an Ironman triathlete, having completed the 140.6-mile race in 2022. This achievement showcases his incredible dedication, discipline, and drive, which he applies to all areas of his life.
