I'm Joe McCormick and as your Realtor I strive to make your real estate experience rewarding and stress free. Growing up in Delaware and Chester counties I've always had an appreciation for the rich history and vibrant landscape of the Brandywine Valley. Working in sales for over thirty years has taught me to serve my clients needs with integrity and to place the relationship ahead of the transaction. Over 90% of my real estate clients come to me by referral. When others see a problem I see an opportunity to find a creative solution to keep moving forward.
I'm passionate about helping my clients find and create value in real estate. My proudest moments are when my clients realize a favorable return on their investment. As a Realtor I meet my clients at some of life's most interesting moments. and can appreciate all of the complex thoughts and feelings that go beyond a simple buy or sell transaction. Our homes become much more than just a real estate - they're the physical space where we live our most intimate moments. Being a vital part of my client's lives as the transition from one home to another is incredibly rewarding.
My love of local history and architecture combine as my wife Karen and I are restoring a 200 year old farmhouse in Exton with our daughters Anna and Jill, a few cats, a rabbit, and 13 chickens! I've been a lifelong car enthusiast and enjoy working on and racing vintage automobiles. I can be found most mornings bicycling along the Chester Valley Trail. My hobbies have led me to community service and I proudly serve on the West Whiteland Township Historic Commission and am a Tire Rack Street Survival Teen Driving Instructor.
