Since starting in real estate in 2012 I have managed over 400 closings as the Short Sale & Escrow Manager for Marshall Realty from 2012-2015, listed over 250 properties in 2017 for Marshall Realty as a Listing Expert, trained dozens of Agents as the Success Coach & Director Of Growth & Development for Harcourts NV1, closed over 35 million in over 115 personal sales and overall career results of operation and management of systems creating $1 billion in real estate sales, over $30 million in GCI and over 3500 sold units.
Responsible for managing sales systems during 2022-2023, overseeing a monthly lead flow of 1300 leads/month, and ad spend of $150,000/month, and system expenses of $8,000/month, spread over 20 lead generation, sales management, and marketing systems. Generating over 600 closed units, over $300 million in sales and over $8 million in GCI with a team of over 40 sales agents.
