About Me
John is your true Charleston local. He attended Pinewood Preparatory School in Summerville, then deepened his roots at the Citadel where he graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. While attending the Citadel he raced sailboats for 4 years on the sailing team where he served as team captain his junior and senior year. After college, John began working with an online marine retailer where he was able to use his expertise and knowledge in sailboat hardware to manage the sales team. John spent 8 years with the team providing excellent customer service while helping owners outfit their boats with the latest sailing hardware and electronics. This provided him a great opportunity to network while traveling the country participating in various regattas.
In 2010 John changed course from outfitting sailboats and weekend regattas to moving the mail. John served as a delivery supervisor for the United States Postal Service managing the daily operations within the delivery unit with over 50 employees. John was able to hone his customer service skills by staying proactive, establishing great communication, maintaining the upmost professionalism, and building teamwork within the unit. With this experience and developed skill set, John has followed his dreams and made the transition to a career in real estate. His greatest desire is to give folks the best experience one can have in real estate transactions as this can be one of the biggest financial decisions one can make.
