About Me
A life-long Rhode Islander, John is proud to be a member of the RE/MAX Flagship team. John recently retired from the Rhode Island Convention Center after 29 years as Senior Director of Sales. Although he is fairly new to South County, he is not new to real estate, having earned his first commissions in 2010.
John is committed to utilizing his professional experience and skills to develop long-term relationships with his clients. By listening to his clients’ needs, developing a detailed plan, flawless follow-up, and skillful negotiating he strives to ensure a successful outcome for both buyers and sellers.
John is also part of an experienced team of real estate professionals who, when needed, provide their unique expertise to support his client’s goals. He is communicative, thorough, and always responds quickly to his clients. Most importantly, he’ll be alongside you every step of the way.
John resides in the Tower Hill Heights neighborhood in South Kingstown with his wife, Arleen Oliva and their golden retriever, Scout. He enjoys boating on Narrow River and Salt Pond, depending on the tide! His other interests include golfing and growing vegetables in his backyard garden.
