John Mangiaracina and his wife Karla (a Springfield native) have two boys. John was born in Central IL, growing up primarily in Springfield providing him strong connections and ties throughout the Springfield area. Before pursuing his real estate career, John excelled in the banking industry. His years spent as a lender gives him a unique perspective and understanding of the financing side to real estate transactions. This knowledge is a great benefit to our team and clients.
John has always been very involved with the community and has served on multiple boards and civic organizations, including the Springfield Chamber of Commerce and the Young Springfield Professionals Network. His goal is to provide personalized customer service and guidance that culminates in happy, satisfied clients.
