His business was founded on building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering the best results possible for his clients. He is the Broker/Owner of Re/Max 5 Star Realty, a thriving Real Estate firm with over 65 full-time real estate agents and the DeMarco Real Estate Group, which is one of the highest producing Commercial Real Estate teams in the US and Motto Mortgage 5 Star Professionals a leading mortgage brokerage office.
The DeMarco Real Estate Group was ranked #1 in the United States for commercial sales within the Re/Max organization in 2017 through 2022, and #1 in Florida in 2012 through 2022, and #2 Commercial Team Worldwide in 2018 through 2020. They were also awarded the very exclusive CoSTAR Power Broker award in 2018 through 2022. They were also rewarded the Crexi Platinum Broker Award 2022 & 2023. John has been inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame and received the prestigious Re/Max lifetime achievement award based on his sales production and career statistics. He and his team have earned their clients millions of dollars in strategic acquisitions and resales. DeMarco’s specialization includes selling all commercial real estate, industrial, investment properties, business sales and acquisitions, wealth management, strategic client acquisitions, 1031 tax-deferred transactions, and senior housing facility (ALF’s). John is also a CAM and CDPE designations specialist.
