John is a Baltimore native, and a seasoned real estate professional. He is the Team Leader of The Crisafulli Home Sales Team of RE/MAX Ikon, which covers all of Central Maryland and beyond.
John has proficient knowledge in residential sales and has experience with new construction sales, Commercial sales, Land, Leases, Investment purchases (which includes consulting with new investors).
He began his career on a top producing real estate team that was often ranked first in their region with an expected 45+ million in sales volume per calendar year.
John is a true believer in community. He shares a passion in coaching and educating, which extends to educating home buyers and sellers on the sales process of buying or selling a home. He also participates in educating young adults in topics which include: Basic business skills, Entrepreneurship, Goal setting, and Sales Skills. John has shared the floor with financial advisors, lawyers, and tax professionals at Non-profit events and universities.
