Joel is a broker associate with a simple mission, to provide clients with the highest quality, consistent, and exceptional real estate service possible. Joel has had his real estate license since 2021 and brings invaluable experience coming from the home inspection industry. He has performed thousands of inspections with his 5 star rated business, Navigations Home Inspection. When you choose a real estate broker to represent you in your real estate transaction, you are hiring more than just a REALTOR. You are hiring an advisor, negotiator, marketer, and advocate. Joel will advise you in all steps of the real estate transaction and negotiate the best terms possible. Originally from Michigan, Joel moved to Colorado in 2009 after graduating with a Bachelor's of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University. He calls Berthoud home alongside his wife, Diane and children, Alex and Hana. Joel enjoys golfing, skiing, bowling and spending time outdoors.
