About Me
Joe started his real estate career in 2004 after a very successful career as a senior loan officer. He led a team of 4 full time agents as they built their business base. In 2007, Joe earned his Broker license for MD, VA and DC and managed a new office for Long & Foster. Soon after, Joe and his wife, Lisa, bought a RE/MAX brokerage and quickly expanded it from 1 location and 20 agents, to 2 locations and 150+ agents. 2011 marked an enormously successful year as the RE/MAX Town Center brokerage won the prestigious Eagle Award - Highest Net Gain of Agents in the United States. 2014 and 2015 were more incredible growth years and earned RE/MAX Town Center the #1 RE/MAX brokerage in all of Montgomery County, MD. While RE/MAX Town Center grew, so did the Sabelhaus Team. Joe, along with his wife, Lisa, lead this dynamic, dedicated group of full time agents and professionals to provide excellent service and representation to our clients. Our goal is to make every client feel like they are our only client. Today, Joe lives in Clarksburg, MD with his family. Raising five children, attending sporting and college events for the kids and supporting community activities keep Joe busy, but still allows him to pursue his favorite passion - golf. Our number one priority is to make sure that YOU, our client, is represented with top level service and expertise to ensure the successful accomplishment of your real estate goals.
