The “Luca Litmus Test” identifies questionable workmanship on “rehabbed” and bank-owned (REO/foreclosure) properties. This can save clients time and money so they don’t learn about shoddy workmanship until after spending hundreds of dollars for the home inspection. Ultimately, clients work with Joe for his honesty, extensive experience, expertise, and ethical business practices. He has the tenacity to find the best home at the best price for his clients in the shortest timeframe. His personal network of lenders, inspectors, handymen and contractors also are helpful to clients who may want consider a home that may not be a “move-in ready” home.
