Specialize in the sales and leasing of retail, office, restaurant and investment properties. Active member of Association of Commercial Real Estate in Sacramento and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). I have successfully completed hundreds of leases and sales and worked through numerous business cycles during my real estate career. From 2008 until early 2017, I was co-owner in Associates West Commercial Real Estate in Sacramento and provided sales, leasing and property management services. Prior to that time, I was a senior agent with RE/MAX Gold Commercial for approximately 10 years. I began my commercial real estate career in Sacramento in 1993. I look forward to working on challenging assignments requiring insight and creativity and ultimately being able to full fill the goals of my clients and exceed their expectations. Good communication skills and continuous follow up are key traits that are crucial and present in all of my business transactions.
