About Me
Joan has been assisting others in buying and selling real estate for 25+ years. A lifelong resident in the tri-cities, she brings deep knowledge and a personal, yet professional approach to each transaction. Joan began her real estate career in the mid-1980s and worked for ten years until her three children came along. She enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom for many years until returning to the real estate market working together with her brother on the Jeff Jordan team consistently achieving the REMAX 100% award each year. Currently, Joan is an independent contractor working at the same REMAX Excels office in Geneva IL. Her promise is to help every client with top notch service every step of the way. No two transactions are the same and Joan will customize each experience according to the needs of each client.
Joan celebrates 37 years of marriage with husband John. Besides real estate, she enjoys gardening, bicycling, walking with neighbors and friends, reading and most of all, family time.
Joan is ready to assist with all aspects of buying and selling homes and/or investment properties. In addition, she can guide clients who are moving out of state and would like to have an agent recommendation.
