About Me
I was born in Tampa, FL and grew up in a small town in North Florida near Gainesville. Many people think I am from Tennessee or Alabama because of my southern accent. It is fun to tell them I have lived in Florida all my life. I became a licensed realtor in 2010. My personal knowledge of the Sunshine State's many idyllic locations serves as a strong realtor advantage. My husband Mike and I moved to the city of Punta Gorda in the summer of 2014. I couldn't wait to dig in and start my real estate career in Southwest Florida. My experience furnishing model homes in Gainesville has really paid off. I started helping seller's with their outside patio or lanai. After all outdoor living is what Florida is all about. After seeing the results, I started staging the inside too. It did not take long before the results started happening. It is all in the numbers- over and over my listings sell in record time AND for more money. STAGE FREE-SELL FAST is my motto!!
My diligent work ethic and dedication have led to the induction into the Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and North Port Board of Realtor's "Millionaire's Club". An honor I have earned since 2015. I have received many awards such as the Executive Club and the 100% Club with RE/MAX but my biggest satisfaction and fulfillment is seeing the happy faces of my buyers and sellers.
