Celebrating 40th year as a Realtor serving families in Northern Virginia! From 1984 until 2017, Jim acted as the Principal Broker of McGrath Real Estate Services, Inc. a full service sales and property management real estate firm serving Northern Virginia. Jim has successfully represented over 1,000 home sellers and purchasers in Virginia during his years of service. He joined ReMax Executives in 2019 as an Associate Broker. Jim is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Lifetime Top Producer Club (25 years+), Top Producer Diamond Club, Pioneer Club, and is a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar sales club. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University. Since 1995, Jim McGrath is a proud sponsor and former board member of the Foreign Service Youth Foundation (FSYF).
