About Me
Jim joined our team after a 21-year career in law enforcement. His passion for serving his community and bringing value to their lives has fueled his interest in real estate. Jim's law enforcement career has set him up well for work in real estate. He thrives on interactions with people from all walks of life and is known for how well he relates to others. Jim spent the bulk of his career in investigations as both a detective and later as a detective sergeant. He is known for his communication skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. He is also well versed in investment properties and vacation rental properties. In his family, Jim is a first-generation law enforcement officer and now a third-generation Realtor. In his free time, he can be found riding trails, hiking, hitting the gym religiously, and most importantly spending time with his four amazing sons.
