About Me
Jim Bittner is a commercial real estate broker who provides professional commercial, land and income property sales, leasing and consulting services to clients across much of Indiana.
He has experience representing multi-family, industrial, warehouse, farm, commercial land, retail, office and restaurant properties. A partial list of Jim's past and current clients include Lowes, Sears, 5/3 Bank, Carnegie Properties, First Merchants Bank, Community Hospital, Meijer, Star Financial Bank, Madison County Federal Credit Union and SRT Properties.
Jim teaches real estate continuing education courses and Professional Standards training for the Real Estate Certification Program (RECP), the Indiana Association of Realtors, the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and the MIBOR Realtor Association. He was the 2020-2021 Professional Standards Committee Chair for the Indiana Association of Realtors and the 2018 recipient of the the MIBOR Distinguished Service Award.
Mr. Bittner is Managing Broker of RE/MAX Real Estate Solutions with offices in Anderson, Indiana. A former Broker/Owner, he and his partners were named "Broker/Owners of the Year" for 2007 by RE/MAX of Indiana.
His personal interests include American History, classic mysteries, bass fishing, spending time with family and traveling with his wife, Marsha.
