Jill Black, CLHMS, REALTOR® combines her love for real estate with her passion for education. Before venturing into the real estate business, Jill managed a successful educational program for motivated adults looking to improve their life through the power of education. Jill relocated to Jacksonville in 2004 from Alpharetta, GA, where she taught special education for 11 years. She is well-connected and actively involved in the Jacksonville community. Clients choose to work with Jill for her white glove service, ethics, advocacy, and enthusiasm. You can count on Jill to be passionate, genuine, and focused throughout your entire process! Her natural curiosity drives her to listen to and learn about the people she serves whether you are a luxury buyer or a first-time homebuyer.
A lover of all things Jacksonville, you can find Jill jet skiing with her husband Warren, walking her dogs, Kodak and Maggie, or watching SEC football with her two boys, Connor (28, Bama grad) and Kyle (23, Ole Miss grad). Jill is blessed to have an amazing daughter-in-law, Sarah Elizabeth, as well as grand dogs, Bella and Reese Black.
