About Me
I began my real estate career in 1998 in a small town 45 mins south of Albany NY. I mainly worked at a 2000 lot private lake community. There I sold vacant land and homes, for the full time and part time residents. In 2006 I decided to move to the Albany area and joined Realty USA. There I worked with distressed properties and the owners/banks. After the 2008 crisis I moved back to my home, The Berkshires. I worked with a family friend, one of the largest land developers in the country, Redstone Properties. There I was in charge of liquidating any remaining lots in our inventory and the was promoted to acquisitions. I had to evaluate properties from vacant land to condo buildings that were in financial distress from Maine to Florida. Here is where I reunited with Gary Fuls Jr, we had attended MCLA together. Redstone relocated to Texas. I chose to stay for a couple of reasons. I wanted to stay close to my father as my sisters have already moved away. Then there was Gary's philosophy of giving the people in and coming to The Berkshires the professional real estate experience they deserve. Here I work with everyone. The 18 year old who is looking to get an apartment or even buy their first place. The family that needs more or less room, the new investor to the lifelong investor. My fellow skiers looking to have a place closer to one of our great mountains or the snow bird splitting their time here and somewhere warm in the winter. My experience with people with no money and no credit to the billionaire, the city person who never owned before to the generations of life long locals, allows me to help everyone.
