About Me
Jeff started his real estate career at Williams and Associates Realty in Delaware, Ohio. Born and raised in Kenton, Ohio, he moved to Delaware in the late 1970's. Being from a family of entrepreneurs, Jeff became the owner of Williams and Associates Realty within 3 years. Coming from a small town, part of his success came from relating to customers by bringing some of the small town feel to his business. Jeff works with both buyers and sellers and sells pre-existing homes, building lots, new construction, waterfront properties and commercial.
Married with two children who are now in college, he has appreciated the journey of adopting while building a business. Through merges and company changes, Jeff is excited to continue his real estate journey with Re/Max Affiliates. Jeff is a member of the Delaware County Board of Realtors as well as the Columbus Board of Realtors. He has been past President of the Delaware County Board twice over the last 30+ years. He has received numerous awards like Realtor of the Year, 35 Million Dollar Sales Club and Top Listing just to name a few. He has also built a strong working relationship with national relocation companies.
