About Me
I graduated from college with a degree in art, working as a graphic designer for many years, then becoming an art teacher while my children were in school. I later worked in sales, managing an art gallery and frame shop in the years just prior to real estate. I love to create and paint in my spare time and I am an art educator 2 days a week at Beth Tfiloh High School.
Real estate has always been a part of my life...my father was a home builder who later became a commercial builder and took me on many job sites around town. I watched Hunt Valley grow from marsh fields to hotels and office buildings. In the 1990's, I married a builder, and we had acquired over 13 investment/rental properties, which we owned and managed for 18 years.
Years later, in 2015, I accepted the head administrative position, for a very productive and well known real estate office in Federal Hill, Baltimore. After nearly 3 years of working in real estate directly, many of my wonderful colleagues suggested that I get licensed, so I made the transition from the front desk to full-time realtor.
Since then, I have been working with buyers and sellers to help them accomplish their real estate goals. I believe that every client is important, no matter what their budget. I am a "people person" and a professional who genuinely cares about my clients needs.
My art and real estate backgrounds have equipped me with a high attention to detail as well as an appreciation for solid construction, renovation and seeing the "diamond in the rough". I also work with investors, to help them purchase, renovate, and sell homes. I take my role very seriously - I know I am helping people make the most important and expensive purchase of their lives, and I take all measures to make the process as enjoyable and as smooth as possible!
