Nearly everyone knows a real estate agent - but do you know a true real estate professional? Someone who knows the market but even more importantly, someone who also knows about houses? My real estate journey began several years ago when my husband and I started buying, renovating and selling properties. I have learned to see the true potential (or potential problems) in a home. I will get your property ready to sell (and get it noticed!) and negotiate to get the best deal for you! My single focus is working on your behalf and being your advocate every step of the way - to minimize your risk, help you make more money on your sale, and get you the most for your money when you are buying!
I support the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, and since 2014 I have worked with local active duty and retired service members when they have a financial emergency or personal crisis. I know how to problem solve with competence and compassion during the most stressful times.
Outside of working for my clients and helping my husband with our rehab projects, I can usually be found playing a little golf or working in my garden.
