About Me
Jean Steffens, Licensed Managing Broker, began her career in real estate in 1998 and has listed, sold, and leased real estate to several hundreds of clients in McHenry, Kane, and Lake counties as well as other Chicagoland communities. She is affiliated with RE/MAX Plaza, with six offices located in McHenry and Lake Counties, Illinois, and Walworth County, Wisconsin. Whatever your real estate needs are, she can help you.
Jean is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors and Heartland Realtor Organization, a local member organization. Prior to real estate, she was a public relations and marketing consultant to professionals and small business owners. She has been a certified teacher, educator and tutor to students ranging from elementary school to college students.
Jean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Business from Northwestern University, and a Master of Education degree from Quincy University. Her combination of marketing, sales and education skills and many years of real estate knowledge equip her well for the unique needs of real estate clients.
