About Me
Jason Baker grew up in a lifelong real estate family. His father, a serial entrepreneur, owned multiple brokerages, built new homes, and owns extensive commercial and industrial properties. His mother was also an accomplished real estate agent for many years.
After attending The Ohio State University, Jason started his career in real estate by selling new construction with two different national builders over a 10-year span and amassed nearly $50 million in sales. In the early 2010s, Jason joined RE/MAX Town Center in Columbus, Ohio. Now residing in the beautiful Sarasota area, he continues to bring his positive outlook, practical sense, and tactical best practices to all things real estate. He thrives on his relationships and prides himself on doing his business with integrity.
During the real economic crash in 2008, Jason dedicated several years thereafter expanding his knowledge of construction, working for the largest national insurance restoration company. There he was trained in many areas, but not limited to: fire damage restoration, water damage assessment, mold remediation, and lead and asbestos remediation. Today, Jason has the eye of an inspector and the knowledge of a construction professional – making the path to any type of ownership more informed and with guaranteed peace of mind.
