Janis’ favorite cases as a lawyer were always the real estate cases. Thus, real estate was the only option when Janis decided to change careers. She is a top producer with over $16 million in sales last year. She is a commissioner on the Phoenix Women's Commission and also a member of the Real Property Section with the Arizona Bar Association. Janis’ analytical and negotiating skills and her legal background gives her a leg up over most agents. Substantively, her knowledge of contract law, real estate agency standards, and her construction litigation experience creates confidence in Janis’ clients that they are getting solid advice and guidance in their real estate transactions. On a personal level, Janis loves history, travel, football and hiking.
